I have the privilege of playing the gong and conducting Kundalini Yoga sessions free of charge. However, as a gesture of appreciation, you are welcome to contribute to my charity box. All donations will be forwarded to UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees).
In the past, I have sent support to an orphanage located in a monastery at the foothills of the Himalayas. I visited many years ago and met the monk who runs it—Jampa. If you ever feel that your life is miserable or meaningless, think of those who lack the most basic necessities: food, medicine, and electricity. India is a poor country—now imagine the lives of the poorest among the poor. These are the peaceful Tibetans.
Despite their hardships, many of them consider themselves lucky. They escaped from China, where they faced torture. In India, they have at least found safety. Still, many Tibetan families are so impoverished that they cannot feed their children, and so they send them to monasteries. These monasteries also serve as orphanages, providing food, shelter, clothing, and education. The monk first on the left in the photo below—Jampa—is like a mother to these children.
Living in the Middle East, I feel a deep connection to the region and a strong sense of responsibility to offer support. For this reason, I’ve been contributing to PAH (Polish Humanitarian Action) and their initiative focused on addressing the crisis in Yemen. For several years, I also supported Charity: Water, an organization that builds wells in Africa. More recently, I’ve been contributing to humanitarian aid efforts in Gaza through UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees).
